Not the best PM software

What differentiates Teamwork.com from other similar products?
It doesn’t have as many features that benefit project managers as other software applications do. It would be great if it more integrations with Jira which it didn’t at the time I used it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Easy to communicate with clients and post docs
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don’t like that it doesn’t allow for thorough reporting when it comes to resourcing and budgeting hourly allocations
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would say research it’s capabilities in detail as it may not be the best for certain companies due to its reporting and integration in capabilities

What differentiates Teamwork.com from other similar products?
This tool has a very professional UI that is welcome to users across different industries, and from front-line to C-suite. This is a great solution to getting teams all on one platform and eliminating the need for email. It handles many project management functions in terms of solutions so you don't have to leave to tool for other work needs. That is important when you want to eliminate the need for users having to use a bunch of different apps and keep them in one centralized place.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This is a very scalable, feature-rich project management tool that takes very little ramp-up time to get started. I like the ability to manage multiple projects, set user permissions for internal and external users, the Gantt & calendar views, communication tools and the file uploading organization. Each user can customize their experience to how they want to use it. Perfect for small-to-enterprise level operations.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I would like to be able to see prior versions of a file upload and open more easily.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is the most user-friendly for those wanting a quick adoption my high and low-tech users (based on skill). The ease of collaboration and dashboards to see what needs to be done is very helpful and easy to manage.
