It's full featured and more inexpensive than a lot of its competition

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

TDX allows for multi-department ticketing in the same service catalog page for end-users

What do you dislike most about this product?

Asset to contract to vendor relationships aren't easily represented in the system yet.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Strongly consider this as a ticketing solution.

What differentiates TeamDynamix ITSM from other similar products?

Overall, the features and price point of TDX fits our company very well. The training and implementation have gone very well mainly due to the excellent technical support we have received. This is the third ITSM implemented for me, and this experience ranks high on that list. Our due diligence in researching the different products available paid off well and we are satisfied with our partnership with TDX.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use by the technicians and users has been the biggest topic of discussion.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Knowledge Base is good but doesn't work as easy for the technicians as we had hoped while on a phone call with the customer. We are still developing it to work better for us.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Compare TDX against the cost and support of other service software's and it speaks for itself.

What differentiates TeamDynamix ITSM from other similar products?

Our previous solution was too complicated for our needs. TeamDynamix provides the codeless options we need with a very user friendly client portal and support technician UI. Their service desk is very responsive and great to work with.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Service Catalog is easy to set up and manage--99% fewer complaints than previous solution. Can customize request forms and assign to correct support team based on form completion.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Enhancements often referenced but prioritization not clear. Focus is on new product development, like AI. Also, there isn't on-demand training.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Our needs and staffing didn't warrant one of the giant solutions. TeamDynamix is perfect for our needs, and we still have plenty to implement.
