What differentiates TeamDynamix ITSM from other similar products?

The Client Portal for end users, how simple it for ESM (others outside of IT) to work in TDX as well. Everything is intuitive and easy to set up, and making updates or changes is efficient.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The integrated knowledge base and services for end users, and how simple creating customizable forms for the different services is.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are quite a few areas that require a lot of clicks to get to your result, especially when searching for an item in the technician side, and the current UX has a lot of separate pop-up windows. However, the TeamDynamix team are continually improving and possibly alleviating some of that in a near future product update.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

100% go for the implementation with TeamDynamix. Having the team and a specific implementation consultant to work with made the entire process so easy. They help to keep things on track, are available for questions or troubleshooting, and assist in building out some of the initial pieces. They're a great resource and well worth it!

Continuous improvement plays a vital role in regular assessment of process and service outcomes.KPI helps in monitoring the performance and identify improvement areas.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite aspect is problem solving skills which helps me in analysing the situation and resolve the issues effectively.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The cost of implementing is a concern especially for the small organisations. The complexity is also bit overwhelming for change.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Those who are looking to go ahead with continuous improvement, knowledge sharing and development can prefer this product to get a best experience.
