What differentiates SurveyMonkey from other similar products?
SurveyMonkey stands out among its competitors due to the the level of professionalism and elegance that the end user will see when you create a newsletter or survey and send it to them.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The simplicity of creating a newsletter and survey along with the seamless integration that you get from Survey monkey is what i was looking for when i first started using this solution. any person can create an account and start creating surveys from the huge library of built in templates that comes with the solution. Survey monkey also provides you with a library of questions that are already ready to use and are suggested to you depending on the type that you chose at the start
What do you dislike most about this product?
the visuals of the dashboard can be done better along with the reporting format.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Easy to use, free for basic (paid for higher levels) & does what you want to do .. So why are you still considering this product? just go for it and i promise that you will not regret it.

Easy to use through its drag and drop with a handful of features where efficiency is provided and it can reach mobiles or laptops with no limitations.

Drag and drop, and easy to fill with a follow up and visibly.

There is nothing to dislike about this cloud based software; this product made my survey life easier.

Surveymonkey is one of the companies that even though have reached a good position in the market but still work on improving themselves, and thats what makes them better than others in my point of view.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Surveymonkey is one of the most easy friendly to use solution available in the market due to features that it provides you to be able to use this tool effectively. The yearly cost is not much if you know how to use it properly to be able to identify new prospects as i do myself. You can create a survey in a matter of minutes on any device..
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dont like the fact that you cannot use this product offline, but on the other hand, why would you want to use it anywhere but online where it belongs.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
i recommend that you make sure to check all Tiers along with the benefits that come from each Tier before subscribing since most might consider the free teir enough for them, while others will want more.
