What is your favorite aspect of this product?
You can create your own branded survey and analyze the data you receive for a low monthly price.

The free trail doesnt have all the features of the product.

What differentiates SurveyMonkey from other similar products?
Survey Monkey has very responsive and knowledgeable support team that I have never come to contact with such professionalism with any other vendor.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Survey Monkey gives new users the option to try the product for free but ofcourse the features are limited for free users.
What do you dislike most about this product?
the free version doesnt allow you to use your own branding nor view reports.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend to try to free version the upgrade whenever you need. I upgraded after 1 hour :)

What differentiates SurveyMonkey from other similar products?
You can find thousands of survey creating solutions out there, but none will be able to provide you with the same outcome as SurveyMonkey.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
After trying several other products that say that they offer a similar solution, I came back to SurveyMonkey because they have the simplest yet most elegant survey builder that will allow you to use your own company branding while designing the survey.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The lack of template updates that SurveyMonkey offers is very slow, I suggest that they add more templates.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend that anyone looking for a survey building tool that will give you clear reports to use SurveyMonkey.
