What differentiates SurveyMonkey from other similar products?

SurveyMonkey allows the designing or the building of the survey questions, which ensures the specific information get collected to the respective people/partners. SurveyMonkey also has flexibility of activities, where the user can modify or edit some requirements or questions.Data safety measures are also deployed in the tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

SurveyMonkey focus on accuracy, as it allows uploading of proves like screenshots or images. Also, SurveyMonkey initial process of deployment costs the company too little, and even the training part is not too much required. In any case, documents, online templates, and FAQs are available, and they are informative.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The back up speed or option in SurveyMonkey is not perfect, If a power issue or internet arise, there is a possibility that not all the information will be backed up. The accuracy and the speed of this process should be enhanced.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

SurveyMonkey is a realistically developed program, with a purpose of data collection, analysis, and development of reports that are informative, appropriate, and relevant. Companies that want to learn their market, the customers they serve, or the competitors should implement SurveyMonkey in their workplace.

The whole process of conducting different types of online surveys is automated and it's easy to analyze the collected data through the data analysis and reporting features offered by this software

The design themes and the customizable survey links are my favorite aspects of this product

The free plan has limited number of surveys and has no advanced reporting

Serves all the research based purposes of conducting surveys. Long and short, simple and complex surveys can be created within minutes.
