What differentiates SurveyMonkey from other similar products?
It is so easy to use, everyone gets it the first time. SurveyMonkey has awesome template designs to conduct surveys.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
SurveyMonkey is excellent with the question prompts while setting up surveys. It's easy to build a complete analytical survey within a few minutes. It also has useful tools to analyze results, that are more relevant and useful with a premium subscription.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It has Poor renewal options. I also think that the analytical graphs look rudimentary.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend other users to start with the free plan and see if it fits their organizational needs before committing fully. The features, in my opinion are impressive and worth a try.

What differentiates SurveyMonkey from other similar products?
Integrates swiftly with SalesForce to help convert data into insights. It also has an intuitive interface to view and manage user activities and data sharing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Wea re assured of security of sensitive survey data - we have never had a breach for the three years we've used it. The automation is also great which boosts our scalability.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is an uphill task to wrap your head around how all the features work.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
To go for it, customization and security is at its peak with SurveyMonkey.

What differentiates SurveyMonkey from other similar products?
Pre-written survey templates that works. I am always looking at the written survey templates created by Surveymonkey for potential content to include on surveys that I administer. In my previous roles at previous organizations, I never encountered any surveying tool that truly provided written survey templates that I found in anyway useful.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Surveymonkey provides a skip logic function, which I find easy to implement. It is a key component of any survey I create 'cause it enables me tailor specific survey questions to specific categories of my survey audiences.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't like the fact that Surveymonkey has no integration provision with the primary busines intelligence platform I use. I navigate this by first exporting my surveymonkey data and re-importing it into my business intelligence tool environment. An automated integration is a preferred experience for me.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend Surveymonkey.
