What differentiates SurveyMonkey from other similar products?
Surveymonnkey collector types feature differentiates it from similar products. Surveymoney collector gives me access to a variety of channels through which my surveys can be shared conveniently with target respondents. From sharing links to my surveys through web links to emailing links to target individuals , embedding surveys on web pages or even leveraging on Surveymonkeys Target audience to reach a large demographic for my surveys ,made up of people in Surveymonkeys own professional network contacts. Surveymonkey collector types expands the reach of my surveys.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The availability of out-of-the-box survey templates for users , is the area where I believe Surveymonkey most excels. Surveymonkey templates serve as a springboard to setup our surveys in as little time as possible, without compromising on the quality of our Survey templates
What do you dislike most about this product?
The absence of a captcha challenge for anyone responding to my surveymonkey surveys , is what I dislike about the platform. The absence of a captcha challenge or other form of verification feature to vett survey respondents, leaves surveys exposed to robot manipulations, especially for large scale survey campaigns.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Surveymonkey's uptime and its ability to work fine regardless of the number of respondents accessing our surveys, makes it a reliable surveying tool in terms of scalability.
