Sugar CRM is a critical tool for our company. It gives us 360° visibility on our account database and our business pipeline and is used at every level to monitor and drive our growth. Since we started using the tool in 2014, it has constantly evolved and improved, as has our relationship with the Sugar team.

What differentiates SugarCRM from other similar products?
Sugar CRM does not require high technical skills of the work with the programme since it has a friendly interface and convenient search options for users. It has strong connectivity features with other related applications that improve flexibility and effective interchange of data with other systems that are important for the functionality of business today.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The loyalty programme has many advantages, where the focus on the procedure of user customization is rather peculiar. It makes modifying the appearance and features realistic in order to make the users work in the most preferred area. It also enhances customer satisfaction and increases the chances of the application being used throughout different departments.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some potential disadvantages of using the tool include that some users may consider its pricing model as relatively less affordable than other existing CRM solutions. It is always a more costly affair when it comes to such added features and customizations which can be considered less affordable by small and medium-sized enterprises looking for a CRM tool that will do the job without having to reach deep into their pockets.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Spend some effort in training and hiring of people in that particular field. Education of these features as well as competencies of the application will increase the rate of utilization and the benefits derived from Sugar CRM, thus improving the overall management of customer relationships.
