What differentiates SugarCRM from other similar products?

SugarCRM differentiates itself by being fairly easy to configure, customize simply, and implement, including data conversion. It's straight forward user interface, which is mostly a benefit, can be a bit lacking for bells and whistles. The SugarCRM Support team is one of the best I've seen as far as being responsive and having answers to most every question.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of this product is the Support Team, as they are able to answer most questions I have after I've tried to utilize the documentation and "try" things in development.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I most dislike about SugarCRM is the lack of industry-specific solutions and guidance on how to configure and customize the product to meet our industry's business needs. It's very "general purpose".

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For someone considering SugarCRM, I would strongly suggest getting access to the SugarClub and begin searching for potential experts, consultants, partners that have experience implementing the product in your particular industry. I believe that this is key to adoption within an enterprise and successful return on investment.

What differentiates SugarCRM from other similar products?

It is stable and easily integrates with new modules that are customized by users as compared to similar products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We have been able to customize the user interface to fit our specific uses. Automation of sales and marketing processes has improved service delivery and enhanced campaigns. It supports many softwares that we rely on like windows, Linux and SQL server.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not been faced by any challenge since when a problem arises customer service gives us solutions.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Sugar CRM is the first product to consider when weighing options on sales and marketing automation platforms.

What differentiates SugarCRM from other similar products?

This is the most powerful sales automation platform I have had experience with.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It manages our customers contact database and creates excellent environment for customers engagement. The UI is well designed with automated features that published our marketing ads to our social media platforms effectively.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not experienced any poor performance results from the work of this product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend SugarCRM to any organization for improvement of customer relationship and sales automation.
