What differentiates Staffbase from other similar products?
What truly sets Staffbase apart is its focus on inclusivity. It allows all team members, regardless of their role or location, to access information and be part of the conversation. In a world where remote work has become the norm, this feature has become especially valuable. Additionally, its interface is quite user-friendly, making it easy for even the least tech-savvy to adapt quickly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
One of the things I like most is the granularity in audience segmentation. We can target specific messages to different groups, ensuring that communication is relevant and timely. This feature has translated into greater engagement and a sense of belonging among team members.
What do you dislike most about this product?
However, not everything is perfect. I'm a little less enthusiastic about some of the integration options that could be improved. While Staffbase has a good range of tools, there are a few we'd like to see more connected to make our workflow even easier.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Despite this minor drawback, I highly recommend Staffbase to any organization looking to improve its internal communication. Its favorable features, focus on collaboration, and accessibility for all employees make it an effective and essential tool in today's business environment.

What differentiates Staffbase from other similar products?
Both mobile and desktop app of the solution can be branded with our own brands that makes the using of the staffbase more whitelebelled than any other solution in the past
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is the team collaboration feature which makes it easy to issue communications amongst team from the single dashboard of the staffbase software, drag and drop email designer makes emailing employees with professional emails straightforward
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sharing files within the solution can be challenging whereby the whole process is too slow to complete and often can fail and templates customisation feature is often unresponsive
