What differentiates SS&C Blue Prism Enterprise from other similar products?

From a security perspective this is the best RPA tool in the market, every action is automatically logged and this will provide audit trail.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite is the Intelligent execution technology, we can prioritize the bots based on the criticality and SLA. For critical process we can provide access to the business to the control room so that they will be able to get the real time status of the critical process.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I felt like they are way behind the AI/ML side compared to other RPA tools and Onboarding the tool is also bit complex compared to other RPA tools. Also the online community is a sleeping community not that active.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For finance related process this is the best RPA tool.
