Splunk is simple yet powerful and it's very customizable and it suits perfectly every needs based on infrastructure.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It can be hard to first approach to its logic, it's very different from other SIEMS and that, when it comes to choose a product, can be disadvantage

Sometimes And and OR statements filters result and then it gets difficult to get logs based on search criteria.
