What differentiates Sophos Firewall from other similar products?
I adore their advanced features for instance web filtering, app filtering, user-based policies to limit web and application uses, bandwidth restrictions according to our policy, load balancing, and many more are included, and they assist us to meet practically all network security requirements. Mainly Sophos Firewall is assisting us in defending our corporate network against outside cyberattacks.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Sophos Firewall has provided a pretty consistent experience. The UI information is quite clear, with no need for a manual or training. One of the most important aspects is the ability to incorporate other Sophos products into this. It is simple to use, and the training supplied by them is really beneficial to those who are new to this product. It makes it easy to set up, monitor, and control our network resources on a daily basis, and it includes features such as alerts and backup management to make administration easier.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The absence of third-party integration is the one thing I don't like. Second, when we implement any modifications we made, there is a slight delay; it takes time to implement the changes. A few minor features, such as the capability to remove DHCP leases or restart APs, need to be upgraded. With their assistance, technical support might have been improved. They take longer to respond to our concerns than they should.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Sophos Firewall is ideal for medium and large-scale infrastructures with various departments. Sophos Firewall contains a plethora of functions so check their features and compare them to your needs if it matches then have it our organization makes extensive use of the encryption function. I have faith in its capacity to keep the network secure. The Sophos Firewall features an easy-to-use interface and a robust interface, and it is secure.

Sophos first time deployment is quite simple, UTM features also works really well and are up to date with the industry standards.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Excellent quality app based profiles and bandwidth can be precisely allocated based on the app profiles.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Dashboard is not really good, less user-friendly
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Definitely worth a try, best fit in banking and education sectors.
