SolidWorks is the perfect one for us
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates SOLIDWORKS from other similar products?
Better design of any type of pieces with great participation of the entire work team. At first we thought that it was a common software like the others, but we were wrong, because it is very different from the others in terms of technology and ease of use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We do all kinds of design, 2D, 3D, small and large parts and SolidWorks is the best, because it has a low price, we used the free version at first, and we liked it very much, then we bought the paid version and the results were most notable.
What do you dislike most about this product?
My colleagues think that the price is very high, but I don't see it that way, because SolidWorks has proven to be very good for us to design any type of parts and prototypes and that the results are very professional, it is the best software and although my colleagues want to change others I will not.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
You can use the free version if you are afraid to buy the paid version from the beginning.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Continually Improving Product
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing

Every engineer should have SolidWorks
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates SOLIDWORKS from other similar products?
We perfect our designs, it is a good CAD package that we have used in each project we have, we reduce errors when designing any type of part, the characteristics of this software allow us to be more professional in designs than with other software.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has good CAD / CAM functions, the 3D design is perfect for parts that are not finished yet, good integration with the work team, computers do not have to be the best for this software to work well, and that extends the use among its users.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The software itself has many options to perform a good part modeling, the characteristics of the software make us strengthen our designs and improve more and more, at the moment we have nothing against SolidWorks.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is good software for drawing and design, simulations are very necessary. Using SolidWorks becomes an easy task over time, it just takes a lot of practice.
Pros
- Helps Innovate

SolidWorks is the perfect one for us
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates SOLIDWORKS from other similar products?
We have worked as a team, because we are connected in the cloud, all the designs we have made have been approved by our superiors without problems, since we dedicate time to structural analysis to know if a part will work, each function that SolidWorks has. it is because it is necessary and will require it at some point in your design. Other software doesn't meet our expectations, so it doesn't work for us like SolidWorks does.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Designing is perfectly fast, because this software allows me to make any type of design, I can export other designs and edit them if that is what I want, also I can always be connected through the cloud, at first we had doubts if the design of the pieces they would work, but we used structural analysis and the doubts are gone.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I would like to use it on Linux, but for now it is not possible.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I didn't think SolidWorks would be necessary for us, but by using it and discovering most of the features we knew it was the ideal software for us.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
