What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

The two elements that make Smartsheet so valuable are the flexibility of the software and the great training and reference pages that make unlocking the software's potential easy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite feature is the automation. Having the ability to automate communication to our vendors is invaluable and saves my small team a lot of time that we would not otherwise have. It is incredibly easy to setup and the interface is very user friendly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While Smartsheet is packed with features, the learning curve can be steep, requiring some time to fully grasp and utilize all the available functionalities.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Recommending due to its versatile features and user friendly interface .
