What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

Strong project management features including calendars, Gantt charts, and card views in the Kanban style are all included in Smartsheet to assist teams in efficiently planning, carrying out, and overseeing projects.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

For data-driven decision making, I like Smartsheet to create custom reports and dashboards that provide an overview of project progress and important KPIs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Only more expensive plans offer some sophisticated features and premium functionalities.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For automating repeated operations with custom rules, I suggest Smartsheet. This offers time-saving and error-reducing automatic alerts, reminders, and status updates.

Smartsheets has a lot of different features 1. Users can create interactive dashboards 2. If multiple users use smartsheet at the same time it does not lead to overlapping of data 3. Sheet can be shared with anyone simply

1. Automation features of smartsheet 2. Easy tracking of data for everyone 3. The user who made changes is clearly visible thus establishing ownership

What do you dislike most about this product?

1. Only available online, unlike excel smartsheet can only be used online 2. Limited features when it comes to creating dashboards.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are working in a big team and have projects to work on collaboratively, you should definitely go for smartsheet. It is a bit pricey but works well.
