Huddles are great for quick chats
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
I lead a remote sales team of about 20 people. sometimes a quick text chat isn't enough. slack huddles are our go-to for this. instead of scheduling a formal zoom call, we can just hop into a huddle in our channel to sort something out in two minutes.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's the digital equivalent of leaning over to a colleague's desk. it's super informal, quick, and has saved us countless hours that would have been wasted scheduling and joining video meetings. it feels much more connected.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It can be a bit buggy sometimes, with audio cutting out for a second or two. also, you can't see each other, which is usually fine, but sometimes a video call is just better for important conversations.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
perfect for remote teams who miss those quick, spontaneous office chats. it's a game-changer for quick problem-solving.
