What differentiates Shopify from other similar products?
Shopify is a relevant and very well structured alternative for us who were looking for an online store manager, Shopify provides a structured online store where we can easily upload all our products and services in a quick and orderly manner, represented by secure and reliable payment solutions facilitating access to our customers and providing ease when viewing the campaigns we offer.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The navigation interface when navigating through the shopping is very intuitive and easy to understand, improving the experience of customers who use it. The implementation and configuration is quite simple to do and in a few moments everything is already perfectly structured. Managing customer orders is much simpler from Shopify, plus it has helped increase the flow of sales in our company.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is missing that there is no possibility to unlock or access new promotions through subscriptions to generate better reach among active users. The inventory tool sometimes does not work the way we expect, forcing us to use third-party tools because inventory management is one of the most important tasks in our company. Prices should be a little more structured according to usage and usability.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Shopify represents a cutting-edge solution for small and medium businesses that need to launch an online store as soon as possible to increase their sales and give visibility to their products and services, Shopify maintains an upward trend in sales that can be evidenced over time while learning and adapting to daily use, we are happy with Shopify and the results it has brought to our company.
