How to read the Emotional Footprint
The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.
While purchasing decisions shouldn't be based on emotion, it's valuable to know what kind of emotional response the vendor you're considering elicits from their users.

Shopify is the best store server

What differentiates Shopify from other similar products?
I use the company to allow my clients to devote their attention to promoting their products rather than focusing on the technical setup that supports their store. Before, I used other software to create e-commerce websites, but Shopify is much easier to use than helping my customers and helping myself by minimizing the amount of support requests I receive after launching a customer store.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Every time I contacted Shopify for help, I received a quick response that included the right solution. Often, the most effective solutions are not what I expected. Shopify has a high standard for themes, so customers can be confident that every theme they purchase will be of high quality. It has efficient code and a nice appearance at a reasonable cost. Shopify takes care of the hosting of your store, this eliminates the need to manage the server or worry about security.
What do you dislike most about this product?
You can almost completely alter the look and feel of a store, but some features are limited. This is often solved by downloading one of the apps in the app store, but this adds additional costs to your store each month. Shopify has support for running a blog, but the blog editor has some idiosyncrasies that can be frustrating when you encounter them. Unfortunately, there are solutions to this problem, but it takes a long time to find them.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
When clients ask me if they should choose Shopify, Magento, WordPress or another platform, I always ask for more information about the features needed to determine if Shopify will provide everything they need. When Shopify provides all the features, it saves clients so much effort that I recommend it. There are cases where you may want a particular method of calculating shipping costs or combining special discounts that Shopify cannot provide, but you can always contact the company's support staff and ask for a prompt response.
Pros

What differentiates Shopify from other similar products?
Shopify separates itself from other vendors by offering a safe and secure way for businesses with large amounts of stock to sell items. It provides the framework that can be utilised by a range of different businesses, making it far cheaper than a bespoke service.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favourite aspect is the breadth of its API. Through said API, I can access many layers of the data produced therein and can be manipulated into all sorts of different reports.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dislike the way it generates reports without explaining in finer detail how they're generated. There is a very specific way Shopify determines the difference between Sale and Financial reports along with different ways of determining how things such as Coupons/Vouchers are sold and reported.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would strongly recommend having a read through Shopify's very detailed Help page on various meanings and to not take certain statements of reports on face value but to dig deeper and understand better what they're showing you and what it means and how that can benefit you.
Pros
- Performance Enhancing
- Saves Time
- Respectful
- Client Friendly Policies
