Shopify - the best way to start an online store

What differentiates Shopify from other similar products?
1. It's not like a website where you have to add add-ons and additional products like payment gateways - this is already set and ready to work with 2. It has plenty of templates so your store doesn't have a "cookie-cutter" feel 3. Because there is access to the "back-end" there is the ability to add customization independently 4. EXCELLENT forums with 5. EXCELLENT customer service techs
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I am not a programmer, but was given the task of creating a storefront. the one requirement would be that it could integrate with our inventory system and JSON. No other e-commerce platforms would have been that easy to integrate for a non-programmer.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Lately, customer support has been more challenging to reach. In the past, it was as easy as opening a chat ticket, and someone was available online all the time for support, advice, etc, and would follow up.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you want to be able to sell online in about 3 hours or less...there is NO OTHER platform that I would recommend.
