Good Product but Support could be better

What differentiates Shopify from other similar products?
It has a larger pool of features. You are able to integrate into Facebook and Instagram shops to sell on that platform. The themes are also well structured as easy to customise
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Its mobile friendly applications that can manage your store and sales on the go
What do you dislike most about this product?
The support relies heavily on shopify advice articles from community. Also the help bot isnt always correct and human interaction often cuts off leading you to talk to the bot again.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend using shopify if you have a business that will sell a diverse product range. I also would encourage you to use the free application add on to sync products and backup as well. Overall its a good product and if you apply the correct marketing, the store will do the rest.

simple to use, especially for people without technical experience, making the process of setting up an online business easy.
