What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Selenium works with multiple languages , it is open source and free to use. It boasts almost flawless integration with CI/CD tool like Jenkins and with a BDD tool like Cocumber. Therefore, making it easier to obtain real time reports of executed test scenario cases.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is little to no community support for users of this tool. Also, struggles to automate captcha challenges .

For testing web applications, Selenium is a tool I recommend. Primarily because of its open source nature .
