Lack of a snowflake integration to consume data to then push to end tools

Use it simply first then upgrade to the segmentation aspect

Great product with excellent UI/UX

What differentiates Segment from other similar products?

I don't really know since we didn't move from another product beforehand, but since we're so satisfied with Segment, we don't even look to see if other similar products are of any interest to us

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The intuitivity of "crawling data" in real-time based on actions in our platform

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes I find it useful to have the ability to "download" the gathered data in order to analyze it, and I don't have this ability. Maybe we just don't have it in our plan, but since I rarely need it - I never bothered to look into it...

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Don't overthink - it's an excellent product with a quick learning curve and super intuitive
