If we see a lot of bad reviews about a particular part of our website or app, the team can look at the comments to find out why. This feature helps me fix issues quickly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We work together to create an action plan. This could be fixing the UI/UX, updating help documentation, or adjusting the backend logic. We often find a solution that same day or week to fix the issue.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We also monitor the metrics to make sure our fixes worked. Sandsiv+ makes it easy to see how feedback affects key metrics like conversion rates, revenue, and NPS over time.
