What differentiates Salesforce Pardot from other similar products?
Salesforce is more than a CRM; it's an excellent platform that takes our work to the next level and drives strategic growth. With Salesforce, we've managed to align several departments, both Marketing and HR, around shared data, using a robust and reliable system. By providing real-time reports, we've improved visibility into the sales funnel and achieved more agile and effective decision-making based on real, well-founded metrics, from a highly efficient perspective. It has facilitated the automation of repetitive tasks, reduced the operational burden on different teams, and significantly increased productivity.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
One of Salesforce's greatest advantages is the breadth of its ecosystem. It's truly broad and varied, and incredibly adaptable to any business process we have in place and want to improve. Its CRM centralizes all information, including customers, employees, and services, in one place. This has provided my team with a complete and expanded view for better decision-making. It maintains a high level of customization in my workflow; through interactive and dynamic dashboards, we connect with hundreds of external applications, allowing for greater data integration.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Salesforce still presents certain challenges. Its initial setup can be complex, perhaps overly intimidating, and at times, it has required specialized consultants to help us with the optimal and proper management of small details of the platform. The learning curve for some users with no prior experience with CRM systems can be quite steep, which can lead to complications and delay the adoption process. It can be somewhat costly. It's important to consider this factor as a decisive turning point for implementation and to know how to recognize if it truly fits into our company's plans and projects.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Salesforce is an incredible tool for those looking for a robust and scalable tool to manage customer relationships, improve customer service quality, and support complex or potentially expanding environments. I recommend investing time in strategic planning before implementation, identifying key processes and pain points that need to be addressed; this would facilitate better adoption. I recommend forming teams to lead platform adoption and training the team and collaborators; this provides a better understanding of its use. Leveraging key marketing integrations and analytics tools takes customer management to the next level.

Integration with Salesforce is by far the biggest factor of purchase. It flows effortlessly without added integrations.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
How easy I can see CRM activities within the profile and build automations based off of that.

Cost and being just slightly different enough from Marketing Cloud to have to purchase

Look at a holistic system. Hubspot comes to mind.
