What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't like the fact that it has Limited use outside Salesforce ecosystem. It’s excellent for Salesforce access, but unlike Authy or Google Authenticator, it isn’t designed as a universal 2FA app for all services.

The convenience of push notifications for login approvals is my favorite feature. Instead of entering codes manually, users can approve logins with a single tap on their phone, which saves time and makes adoption much easier.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The biggest drawback is that it is limited mainly to Salesforce applications. It cannot replace other multi-factor authentication apps for broader use cases, so organizations still need additional solutions for non-Salesforce platforms.
