What differentiates RocketLane from other similar products?
Rocketlane really stands out because it understands exactly what implementation teams need. It is made specially for onboarding and project delivery so everything works smoothly from the start. It comes with all the right features and even some smart extras that make the whole process even easier.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the Magic Link it makes signing in quick. The Spaces feature is also great helps our team stay on the same page and work together better. I like most is that everything docs, tasks, updates is in one place. It saves so much time. Even the onboarding and reporting tools are very clear and easy to use. Whether it's internal work or client related tasks, managing everything has become much simpler.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We do not have any major challenges with Rocketlane but sometimes it feels like there are too many places to enter the same data. It can get a bit confusing when we try to track events properly.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are planning to use Rocketlane I would say get your team and workflows ready early. Involve the client facing team from the start. It really helps you make full use of the collaboration features and templates.
