What differentiates RocketLane from other similar products?
Rocketlane is truly designed for client onboarding. I have used other tools with similar types of features, but Rocketlane's features are tailored to make the client experience seamless.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I appreciate the ability to collaborate in one central place. With our previous software, tasks and the process were disjointed and we didn't have the ability to engage new clients in the process.
What do you dislike most about this product?
For those who are unfamiliar with project management products, it can be overwhelming and difficult for people to navigate. This is quickly overcome, but there can be initial struggle to get buy-in.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're working in client onboarding, this is a great product to consider. I would consider the internal users, types of clients you are onboarding, and the process.
