What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?
Rippling stands out first because of its Global Payroll feature and then cause of it being a unified platform, serving all departments, i.e., HR, Finance, IT in one seamless.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
As a part of a remote team, Rippling has been a great tool in serving payroll facilities as it provides Global Payroll Capabilities, which supports both national and international employees from just one platform. It negates all the manual work by providing a Highly Automated Payroll Processing feature, saving both time and payroll errors. I also like how it provides its own time and attendance module, so I do not have to worry about accurate payable hours, and hence prevents disputes.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Rippling is a whole lot of a platform with various interesting features, which means if I use it for payroll-only needs, the rest of the platform may be left underutilized, which bothers me a bit.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Rippling is the best choice if you are looking for a single platform to handle all your payroll-related stuff. I would suggest that you make use of the Employee Lifecycle Automation feature, which will automatically sync the employee data from day one to date.

If you are looking for a fully integrated HR system rather than a bare-bones approach to payroll management, Rippling might be for you.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
On the surface, from a purely sales pitch perspective, Rippling looks amazing.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Once you get into the weeds with Rippling, be prepared to watch several lengthy training videos and be engaged in multiple product implementation meetings.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you want a no-nonsense approach to payroll, look elsewhere. Rippling might be great for larger companies or ones that are more concerned with listing food allergies in employee profiles than in getting down to the business of running payroll, but they are not geared toward a company that merely wants to get the job done quickly.
