What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Automatically syncing data in real time minimize errors and ensure data accuracy. With the tool, we have automated upto 85% of our payroll tasks which saves time. It makes hourly salary calculation easy to handle It integrate perfectly with Rippling ecosystem which comes with lot's of efficiency when handling data.
What do you dislike most about this product?
While it works well, implementation wasn't straightforward and we relied heavily on Rippling support team to get it done. Otherwise it's a smooth solution.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For business payroll processing, Rippling is quite something, very capable and well equipped. Try it.

It’s simple to sync benefits deductions automatically. Everything is in one place, and no more switching between tools is required. It’s so easy to customize pay types, bonuses, and commission structures.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I can easily manage multi-state payroll without extra steps. Additionally, I can easily track deductions and garnishments. Payroll previews are clear and transparent with no surprises.
What do you dislike most about this product?
UI design is clean, but could use some more clarity.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you’re handling benefits and payroll separately, Rippling will save you time and sanity.
