Great product, but inflexible pricing.

What differentiates RingEvents from other similar products?
We haven't really used other programs, but we initially partnered with Hopin when they started up, so we had a good deal. The product is nice to use and has good customizable features.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The stream layouts were my favourite aspect, where we could control what popped up on the main screen from behind the scenes. Allowed for easy implementation of videos, and allowed us to present our presenters better.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There were bugs that occured which delayed our programming at times, it was also quite expensive for the value that it brought us.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you have the money to spend, Hopin is a great product to use especially to stream programming. The behind-the-scenes layovers allowed for us to present our content more easily. There were some bugs at times but the Hopin team was helpful in resolving them, although it took some time.

Great, but difficult for speakers

What differentiates RingEvents from other similar products?
It was more interactive and professional looking than any other traditional webinar type of product.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The customer support was phenomenal, and after a brief learning curve it's extremely easy to build and launch.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Coordinating executive speakers and ensuring they were able to login at the appropriate time was incredibly challenging. Ideally we would be able to provide all speakers regardless of plan, direct links to the "green rooms" that could log them into the platform and then we could help them transition to the main stage. We had a significant amount of difficulties specifically with this.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure that you have at least 2-3 people who can support with this on the day of - it is not something that one person can manage even though I do believe it is incredibly user friendly
