What differentiates Reward Gateway from other similar products?

"Feed" where I can see and filter the recognitions received across my org. The social capabilties in this section are awesome where its possible to use emoji, gifs etc and people really love to interact here over replies. Notifications are just on-time and persistent. Rewards grouped by type and region is a great add on.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Giving recognitions just with "clicks" by chosing templates, reminding peers/reporting managers and the points system to gift is cool. I just love the gif, emoji integrations in feed and the reply capability.

What do you dislike most about this product?

1. The features to give / receive recognition 2. Ability to redeem points that were received as rewards 3. Notify peers while giving recognition and relevant hierarchy of managers

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For end users, softwares must be as simple to use, easy to understand and the features set must be in such a way that all of them are helpful. Fond is one such software that has security well baked in, good user experience and great feature set that is understandable with ease.

What differentiates Reward Gateway from other similar products?

We did not test out any other products or solutions that consolidate employee rewards into such an easy to set up and use SaaS platform. However, doing employee recognition and rewards in-house is difficult to pull off - from identifying the star employees, to making sure that recognition is sent to the right channels, managing gift cards/rewards, and filing for reimbursement. Fond abstracts the whole workflow away, and puts the focus on employee recognition while their software handles the logistics. It can also be configured to send periodic messages of encouragement to employees, boosting their morale.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the ability to give credit and recognition to fellow team members for the good work they put in. Whenever someone on my team does something praise-worthy, I use Fond to send them either a recognition, or some Fond Points so they can redeem for points. This gives the team member credit for a job well done, and incentivizes the rest of the team to emulate the good behavior. Also, the tool can be customized to pre-fill specific principles for my company, consolidating pertinent information to make the interface for giving specific recognition user friendly and intuitive.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It would be nice if Fond can be integrated with other services, e.g. Slack, so any recognitions submitted will populate the company Slack channel. Currently, there is already comprehensive email options to surface recognitions and make them visible for the entire team. That being said, the FOND team is currently working to revamp their Slack app, and should be rolling out the new version shortly..

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a good tool - I would highly recommend Fond to anyone who is trying to boost staff morale, give recognition to team members, and create a better bonding experience across the board.

Fond offers a lot of different offers that works for the average consumer.

The variety to choose different offers.
