What differentiates Reward Gateway from other similar products?
Fond Rewards is almost similar to other products but the interface is better, it helps the HR team to spend less time in managing the different programs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Fond helps in connect remote employees, it helps in recognize and rewards the co workers in the team. This helps in boosting the employees working remotely. It helped in recognizing and incentivize the employees.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes the platform crashes but not often. So there is no much dislike in this product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If your team working remotely , you can go for this product easily. It is very helpful in remote team. Small organization may feel it little expensive.

Very easy to redeem. Typically, gift cards are provided within seconds.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The site itself is very user friendly and easy to navigate. There are so many options so choose from gift cards to tech to even local getaways.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are a number of offers that remain that I’m not interested in.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Fond is perfect rewards system to encourage employee involvement and provide vouchers that employee care about.
