What differentiates Reward Gateway from other similar products?

It's unique, in that I haven't seen a platform like it. I can recognize colleagues with more than a "thank you" but something with value attached.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the amount of perks you can utilize fond points for.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I do wish there were more gift card options in the fond marketplace.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure that your employees KNOW about fond and understand the value! The points do no good sitting in somebody's "to give" queue.
