Rally is one of the few tools built specifically for large-scale agile adoption. It provides clear visibility across multiple teams and projects, making it ideal for enterprises. It is real time dashboards and progress tracking features are really amazing. Unlike others, which require plugins, Rally has native dependency tracking that helps teams manage cross-team dependencies. This feature is very helpful for complex agile projects involving multiple teams.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Since I have been using it, I have faced a decline in customer support. It shows slower response times and fewer direct support options. I have concerns regarding Rally’s future development under Broadcom as it affects our smooth working.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Highly recommended tool, it is the best suited for those using SAFe, LeSS, or Disciplined Agile. If you want highly customizable workflows then must give it a try.
