Great ease and visability and able to build complex models.

That the reps can flag a deal.

The reporting and the filtering.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's an easy platform to get started with and great for visibility, but I'de recommend mapping out your commission structure carefully before implementation to be sure it fits your specific needs.

Sellers can see commissions earnings vs. payouts pretty clearly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Our commissions plan requires sellers to cover their monthly salary before commissions begin accruing. If they don't cover their salary one month, they get a "draw" that carries over to the next month. QuotaPath did not have a way to automate this draw functionality. They indicated it's coming on their roadmap. They also don't have an integration with Gusto (our Payroll system), so we still had to manually pay the commissions. I built a Google Sheet commissions tracker instead that integrates with our CRM and automates the Draw logic, so that was an improvement for us.
