Great tool for accounting, lack customization

What differentiates Quickbooks Online from other similar products?

It has an automated feature to calculate tax, which makes tracking easy, and it also has a feature to manage invoices that are recurring. Moreover, the mobile app is a wonderful and full of features unlike others.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that it is cloud-based, which makes it very easy to manage any client from anywhere, and an invoice can be generated in a few clicks with tracking and reminder features.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I was a little disappointed that it does not have many customization features in reporting, and the UI can seem cluttered when managing multiple accounts.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend it highly if you are not suppose to work on multiple accounts.
