Sometimes the support hours were a pain to deal with but I work outside normal business hours.

What differentiates Quickbooks Online from other similar products?

Availability of the 30 day free trial is not common on all Online Accounting programs, but QuickBooks Online offers it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Budgeting and forecasting has been easy to automate with QuickBooks Online. Cash flow management is another thing that I give kudos about QBO.

What do you dislike most about this product?

QuickBooks Online for over five years now has been a great tool that has never failed me during my daily Accounting obligations.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To integrate it with email services to easily send invoices to customers directly to their email addresses.
