What differentiates Quickbooks Online from other similar products?

I found the online version much better, because it has all the accounting information in the cloud, which frees the computer of heavy documents. Its functions such as bank reconciliation, invoicing, check printing, payroll management and purchase order management, are done very quickly and easily.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The fact that it is online is a great advantage for our company. Its mobile application is quite good, which allows us to keep up with the administration and accounting of the business, without being in the office. The functions of mobile payments and online payments, allow to streamline orders and payments in an efficient way.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is not really an easy software to use if you do not have the accounting or administrative knowledge. We require help from technical support when connecting the program with the different bank accounts, in order to automate payments efficiently. It can be a bit costly for companies that are just starting out.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is the ideal accounting software for all the people who need to be out of the office, but at the same time to solve their payments and accounting issues. With the mobile application you can take your company's accounting wherever you go and because it is an online version it will not take up much space on your mobile devices or computers.

Quickbooks Online that a rich set of features and provides the ability to use the tool from anywhere at anytime. Also accessing the software is easy via a web browser, desktop, mobile device, and tablets. Also, its integration and add-ons ability is exceptional. In addition, it offers modifiable report templates. Its user interface is user-friendly with excellent navigation. It's easy to use and well designed to build serve different kinds of users. Its also affordable and greater level of functionality. Its automation capabilities simplify all our accounting tasks.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

QuickBooks Online has a great user interface and has great benefits for accounting needs like invoicing, bill payments, tracking expenses. Creating financial reports has helped us predict current trends and know our financial status. Also since it is cloud-based our accountant has easy access to information when they need especially when preparing for taxes. It has saved us time and money making sure all our books are in order. We can also download all our banking data and ensure all our accounts are accurate.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The budgets feature is difficult and clunky to populate and maintain. I feel that some more features could be added to the lower subscription tiers.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

QuickBooks Online is something that I would highly recommend to other small and medium business owners. I am very happy with the product and features that I use it for with our business. QuickBooks Online is the best option available for a cloud-based accounting platform, especially if you’re a smaller company or not as experienced at bookkeeping. If you are pushing 10 million or more in revenue, you may want to look into the desktop version of QuickBooks or into another full-featured accounting software.

What differentiates Quickbooks Online from other similar products?

Quick books has a very clean appearance. It benefits people who have limited financial background and so the training is easier than on other systems. The ability to check work from a laptop or mobile makes it extremely versatile. Also when adding bills and expenses in for regular suppliers or customers the system remembers the category of costs from the previous saving you time when inputting or raising re-occurring invoices.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The favourite feature is the reconciliation process, it is very simple to reconcile back to the bank account and shows only transactions that fall within your bank statement, making ti easy to locate and reconcile against. This also then makes it easy to identify any transactions you may have forgotten to process.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing to extreme but the loading times can sometimes be slow. Ideally as well the lack of been able to post transactions for multiple companies means it can be time consuming when swapping between entities.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The product is focused on small-medium business who want a user-friendly experience with reports that are easy to produce and understand. It would be beneficial for new companies starting to expand as way of keeping track of expenses and keeping thier accounts in order without complications.
