What differentiates Quickbooks Online from other similar products?
Quickbooks Online unlocked access to limitless collaboration, quotations and estimates, cash flow forecasting, and purchase invoice management. Additionally, Quickbooks Online offers analytics and expense reports so we are able to track our company's spending over time
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We use Quickbooks Online to set up recurring payments and get paid with a credit card, and the option to design unique client proposals and contracts are further tools
What do you dislike most about this product?
While Quickbooks Online does allow unlimited companies, remote access to the data requires purchasing a costly Quickbooks cloud hosting service which makes it get expensive quickly
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Before you decide that you cannot afford Quickbooks, I advise you to consider how much value it offers you. It may seem expensive to very small businesses but if you use the bulk of its functions, it is probably worth the cost

What differentiates Quickbooks Online from other similar products?
QuickBooks Online helps us visualize our finances with its reporting feature. We also use it to send invoices, track income and expenses, upload receipts and accept credit card payments
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has a set of inventory management tools that provide significant features with flexibility and scalability. I am able to enter data in rows and columns and use formulas to organize, format, and calculate them
What do you dislike most about this product?
Using QuickBooks Online relies heavily on having a steady internet connection which may be quite a disadvantage if the connection is slow or has a fault. It also has limited storage capacity, which makes it unfit for big projects
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
With its cloud-based collaborative program, QuickBooks Online makes a great fit if you like to manage your business from anywhere. It is designed for those who already have sufficient knowledge of accounting and for small/mid-size businesses that need advanced inventory and industry-specific features

What differentiates Quickbooks Online from other similar products?
QuickBooks is very easy to implement and use for small and medium sized businesses. QBO probably has the most integrations of any accounting software in the market.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's easy to invoice customers, run your accounts receivable and payable, and run custom financial reports in seconds.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is a very low level of support and its difficult to get someone on the phone from QuickBooks when you run into complications.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Interview 2-3 other accounting software companies and rank each company based on the accounting features that are most important to your business.
