What differentiates Poppulo from other similar products?
The proactive point of contact is what will make poppulo superior to us relying solely on an intranet, though; it does not sit back and pray that employees will visit poppulo; it finds them and puts itself in their mailbox. It is why poppulo is the right tool in our arsenal in the first place since i no longer have to be the one adding a new employee to a mailing list, ever again; all these hours of tedious work is automated away.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the send on behalf of feature very much, as i can ghostwrite letters on behalf of our ceo and push the button and watch it deliver a whole month of messages in an afternoon; and the scheduling tool is also solid as a rock along with the support team, which is in fact far more familiar with the product than really any of us.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The search feature of the platform can be enhanced. At times, it may take more time than it should to locate a particular past article or link.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a good investment to any team who wishes to professionalize their internal branding and have a feel of the sentiment of the employees.
