What differentiates Podium Text Marketing from other similar products?

They have so many features! You can track leads, instantaneously answer consumer questions. Podium also provides privacy and safety of employees by offering to utilize a set phone number, instead of sharing your own.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The review links that connect to the POS. Seeing which employee is giving 5 stars or giving no stars.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Really not much.
