What differentiates Podium Text Marketing from other similar products?
Podium is well integrated and quick to learn. Its performance is also good as it is a web-based tool. It moves quickly and has no issues of being delayed. Podium is the best resource to help the overwhelming majority of costumers. It will not only provide you a live chat but also assist your employees in securing reviews
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Podium has very good features. It is relatively simple and very easy to use. Even if you have a small technical knowledge, you can easily use it. It allows its customers to choose a way to contact, either by phones or by Google. It makes it easy to write and manage reviews. You can also track reviews across multiple sources easily. Moreover Podium allows you to push costumers to specific sites, which is valuable
What do you dislike most about this product?
The biggest con of Podium is that it only with Facebook pages and Google maps. It also wants you to pay for every task. You might be charged soon after signing in even without using any services Costumer service is very horrible. They are never being able to fix your problems completely.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you want to work with a company that provides support, and communicates with you, this is not the product to use. It has been a true nightmare. The Customer Success Managers are experts at not returning phone calls and not answering emails. They do not understand their own simple terms of cancellation, which in our case was very straightforward.

What differentiates Podium Text Marketing from other similar products?
Podium in itself is the best investment we made before the pandemic hit. We were able to text customers from their homes and make sales over text! Podium also allowed us to use customer data to engage with them regarding upcoming sales, discounts, and promos. I am struggling to remember a time before Podium.. honestly, thinking about sucks!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Being able to chat with a customer immediately on my phone or computer is just perfect! Our entire sales teams loves using Podium because it helps them close bigger and better deals, as well as, add a personal touch to their sale. Podium is just amazing!
What do you dislike most about this product?
I didn't care for the pricing so much.. We have a lot of sales people and we want to do more campaigns but it does get up their price for campaigns HOWEVER, please heed my advice: the return is astounding. Worth it!
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Podium integrates with your website and can get an interested customer into your sales staff's hand quicker than anything else. Shoppers are smarter these days and Podium gives us more tools to answer their questions and get them in the door or ready to buy over text! Wild! So my recommendation is this: figure out how you can use Podium to maximize profitability and call Podium asap. It's the best thing for retail!
