The training really makes you feel comfortable with the product

What do you dislike most about this product?

We've had 5 Customer Success Managers in 2 years-hard to build rapport/relationships. Also, hard to get consistency in getting problems resolved

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great product overall. Platform is easy to use. Paycor is working on improving service, but it is often still sub par

Paycor markets itself as a platform that empowers their customers and give them access to tools like : Tracking team performance, providing feedback, recognizing achievements and conducting 1-on-1s with customers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

If I have to pick a favorite aspect of Paycor, it would be its leader-focused design

What do you dislike most about this product?

They can change reps mid-onboarding, and this can create knowledge gaps

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is best for mid-sized businesses (50–1,000+ employees) and teams needing scalable, modular HR + payroll solutions
