What differentiates ParaSolution from other similar products?
Feature bundling, many competitors sell each individual process separately, which increases costs. The variety of templates and reports right out of the box, and the ability to customize to suite specific organizational needs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the ability of to do some of my own editing of the templates, change titles, descriptions etc.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some of the report names are not intuitive
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
As with any software product make sure you understand your requirements. If comparing to other products, factor in elements like the high quality of customer service, and ability to customize
