Pandadoc's multi-layered document protection provisions. Pandadoc issues a certificate of authenticity after a document has been successfully signed, making it difficult for unauthorized parties to mimick or create counterfeit versions of the same document. Recipients of our contractual documents are also verified via passcodes and SMS to authenticate that they are the rightful recipients of the documents. Very importantly too, Pandadoc is UETA and SOC 2 Type II compliant.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Pandadoc is intuitive and straightforward to use. It is so easy to use that we do not have a formal training programme teaching new team-members on how to use it. I make bold to say that everyone who can effectively surf the internet, will encounter no difficulty learning to use Pandadoc for electronic signature collection purposes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Limited granular permissions and there is no way to edit already-sent documents for errors, without needing to resend the document all over again.

Efficiency and ease of use are reasons to adopt Pandadoc for teams and departments.

But when you have contracts that take a lot of back and forth, pandadoc is the way to go. The difference is the 'redlining, and negotiation features are way better than just signing tools. It does so and manages the messy bits of contracting without losing versioning. It really makes the legal side of things a much less headache-inducing affair for all parties involved.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The conditional logic in the forms is really a game changer for us. We can display or omit clauses depending on the client’s selection. It helps makes the documents cleaner and much more readable to the other side. Also love the real-time chat feature as we can respond to client questions directly in their document. The reporting tools allow me to perfect guns over our teams, and how quickly our deals are moving. The software itself is quite stable and we have not had any major hiccups. And it’s very professional quality for an office.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The user interface is a little daunting at the beginning, since there are too many features. It takes some time to know where everything is stored on the main dashboard.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Whether you negotiate complex contracts, you require this software. It is very strong and well organized. Lawyers, accountants and hr managers.

Workflow automation is among the strongest side to Pandadoc, in my experience. Pandadoc provides a reliable and effective document audit trail workflow. As a result of this, it is super easy to know when shared contractual documents are opened, just viewed or signed. I can even go a step further to track the behavior of document recipients , including the number of times they viewed documents, specific links on the document that was clicked, and the last time they viewed the document shared with them.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The template library on Pandadoc is not as as vast as I would like them to be, in terms of the number of usecases they cover. Asides this , I think my experience with Pandadoc has been smooth and effective.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Pandadoc is effective and simple to use. Thus , I have no qualms recommending Pandadoc to fellow professionals.
