What differentiates PandaDoc eSignature from other similar products?
Pandadoc's workflow automation tool is key to efficient management of my department's entire contractual documents workflow and processes., We use it automate key areas of our customer contract processes such as team collaborations, reminder emails, CRM integrations, contract approval workflow and so on. Courtesy of Panda's workflow automation tool, we save a lot of time daily, which was usually spent on repetitive day to day contract management related tasks.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
A large part of contractual documents we share with customers are sensitive. Therefore, it is of great essence that these sensitive documents are secured. Pandadoc does a good job in this regard by helping to keep sensitive documents safe from unauthorized access. New users are able to join the various Panda workspaces by invitation only and we are able to assign specific permissions to users in every workspace, ensuring that only the most trustworthy users or team members can access our most sensitive documents.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Pagebreaks in contracts can be a lot more seamless. Other than this, Personally and professionally, I haven't had any major dislike about my Pandadoc experience.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
In my opinion, I think that Pandadoc exceeds the realm of an electronic signature software. I see Pandadoc as a productivity tool which has saved critical departments in my company like the sales, marketing and HR department, a lot of valuable work time.

It's at least as good as most other providers, and it's also one of the most flexible.
