OrbusInfinity differs by capturing architecture across data, business, technology, and application domains. Rather than just being an EA modeling tool, it is built equally for enterprise transformation management. Furthermore, we find it to be a highly configurable meta-model, which has enabled us to customize widely rather than be locked into a single vendor-defined ontology.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
OrbusInfinity allows me to customize the underlying data model for how my architectural elements relate, rather than fixed templates. Unlike other such tools, which impose fixed structures, it has given me more flexibility. It also integrates efficiently with other MS tools, providing a better connector and facilitating governance, audit tracking, and impact analysis.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have faced the fact that it is not always as intuitive as it should be. It demands proper training and onboarding sessions for a smooth modeling and governance workflow.
