What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Gaining real-time insights, enabling business to make informed investment and divestment decisions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Lack of user manual. Due to the number of amazing features the product possesses, without a comprehensive user manual many of its features often go unused.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This product can be a business' greatest strategic tool when used correctly, as it provides complete visibility of the business model. Therefore, when considering this tool, ensure to also invest time into ensuring the data remains evergreen.

What differentiates OrbusInfinity from other similar products?

I have not used other similar products. This is the first deployed in our environment to collaborate with Service Desk and Enterprise Architecture team

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The capability of seeing Application landscape exhibiting the different applications and how the relate is a good to have. It helps my unit to determine impact of a service disruption

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is not easy to understand it features. You will always have to explore and watch videos over and over before you get it right

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I believe you should be able to understand the architecture frameworks to be able to make better use of orbus
